Operation Snackpacks is a ministry that provides snackpacks filled with nutritious food to chronically hungry children. It currently serves the elementry, middle and high school in Newport, Oregon. Children receive a backpack full of food every Friday. Extra food is sent during school holidays and runs during the summer. The program is entirely funded by grants and donations and staffed by volunteers. If you would like to make a donation or volunteer with the program contact the church.
